Candy controls ice. She is similar to Sailor Mercury (even the same color lolz whoops) Candy is blind in one eye that was caused by an accident early in her life.

Blizzard Daggers: Swings her weapon and it shoots out sharp blades of ice. Does moderate damage.

Heart of Ice: Swings her weapon and it shoots out a beam of ice plus shards and does moderate damage.
