This is a design for one of my dream pets. I started a project page to find my dreamies: www.neopets.com/~lindseysurfer
I need to develop a character/back story for this one, but for now I have the design down 
I realized I have no redheaded characters, and only one with green eyes, so i used this one as an opportunity to do red hair/green eyes

I was thinking maybe something like Merideth or Valerie. So far, all I have is that she is a pisces. I'm not sure what else to do with her character at the moment. Ideas???
